In addition to previously being Head of Strategic Programmes for Pipex, he has previously worked for Accenture UK Ltd and Deloitte Consulting. His clients have included Vodafone, BT, O2, Pipex, ntl:, BBC, C&W, the Mod, The Student Loans Company, Saudi Telecoms & Orange. He specialises in large scale programme management and business transformation.

Christian Hatlapa - Associate Director

Christian has over 20 years of business consulting experience across a range of industry sectors with key focus on Business Transformation, Customer Experience and Business Analytics throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).  Christian has been responsible for designing solutions that enhance clients capability in managing customer centric business and delivering superior customer experiences. Christian frequently speaks at forums and media events on developments in Customer Relationship Management.

Jon Ross  - Associate Director

A man of many talents. After 20 years with a major Finance House, most recently as a  Director for Renault Finance, Jon started working as a consultant. He has worked on many and varied key business programmes including Telewest's BlueYonder, Colt's ASP programme, a major business migration for Sun Life of Canada, SAP Financials for Daimler UK, Vodafone's data centre consolidation and latterly BT Global Services' delivery into the NHS National Programme for IT.
